I had never tried hypnotherapy before and I was initially sceptical to do so; but it is one of the best decisions I have made. 

Lucy was so approachable, never judgemental and made me feel comfortable, confident and relaxed. I felt I could open up freely and it was clear from our first session that Lucy's approach was to understand me as an individual and how my anxiety affected my life and to help me change my mindset long term. 

Through our sessions I gained self-confidence and feel happy in my own skin and in my abilities for the first time in years. I feel I am back in control of my emotions and I have been able to make positive changes to the way I react to situations.

During the first lockdown, Lucy designed a personalised remote programme of hypnotherapy and relaxation sessions to help me with my anxiety and insomnia. 

From the very first session Lucy was so attentive and understanding, helping me realise that it is perfectly normal to feel anxious. 

Through our sessions together, I was able to recognise where my anxieties come from, and learn techniques to relieve myself of the pressure of anxiety and over-thinking. I still use the techniques now when I am experiencing anxiety or insomnia. Lucy also helped me to write affirmations to tackle the roots of my anxious thoughts, which has really been a source of long-term support for me. 

Throughout our sessions, Lucy was always highly professional and calming, and I always left the sessions feeling relaxed and refreshed to face the day. 

I would one hundred per cent recommend Lucy to anyone who is interested in hypnotherapy.
